All Member Associations, Special Purpose Members, and other Members determined by BV (excluding Life Members) must apply to the Board for membership renewal annually, with the renewal due date determined by BV, and provide such documents and information as required by clause 3.1 of the Member Obligation By-laws or as are otherwise requested by the Board.
