Basketball Victoria is excited to announce 16 emerging pathway athletes from Victoria have been selected to attend the 2023 National Performance Camp held at the Centre of Excellence in Canberra. The camp is designed to give athletes the opportunity to train with their peers from across the country and experience elite training standards.
These athletes were selected after their performances across several Championships and State Performance Programs and will provide opportunities to have on court sessions, strength and conditioning plus recovery education. The Victorian athletes have all been a part of our High-Performance Program lead by Grant Wallace, General Manager of High Performance, Basketball Victoria.
Wallace says, “It’s exciting to see so many Victorian athletes being chosen to participate in this camp. It is such a great opportunity to elevate their skills and take their basketball to the next level.”
