Time to get PINK!!!
Pink Round is back in 2023 with Round 7 playing host to a number of teams ready to don their pink jerseys on the hardwood. Big V will celebrate all things pink this weekend in an effort to raise funds and awareness for the Breast Cancer Network of Australia (BCNA). Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australian women with one in seven diagnosed in their lifetime. Over 20,000 women are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer this year, as well as over 170 men. Your support will help these women, men and families not go through their journey alone.

Big V Basketball are thrilled to use our platform to raise awareness for such an important cause. Breast cancer affects so many people, and we want to do our part in supporting those who have been impacted by it. Whilst associations have been supporting the cause for many years, we are thrilled to host our Pink Round and hope that it will encourage our community to learn more about breast cancer and support those affected by it.
It's shaping up to be a colourful weekend and there will be plenty of teams in pink this weekend to cheer for, so make sure you keep an eye on our socials ahead of Round 7. Or even better head on down to show your support this weekend and don't forget to wear your best pink colours!
