The 2026 Country Skills Days will be held on Saturday 21st March and Sunday 22nd March 2026 at 10 regional venues across Victoria, the 2026 Under-14 Country Skills Days are part of an FDP development program for players of all abilities and standards from all associations located in regional Victoria. It is for athletes born 2013/14 only
The Skills Day events will be held at Ballarat, Dromana, Bendigo, Bellarine, Hamilton, Korumburra, Shepparton, Swan Hill, Traralgon, and Wallan.

The program concentrates on the individual and team skills necessary for players to excel in the Under-14 age group and beyond.
Each Under-14 Skills Day participant will receive:
- Coaching and development
- Official Skills Day T-Shirt
- Official Skills Day Drink Bottle
- Official Skills Day Basketball
Under-14 Skills Days events run from 9.30am-4pm each day and your child must attend the Skills Day in their allotted FDP academy region ( due to selection process) and we ask that all participants should please bring their own lunch.
Participants who are registered before 9th March at 9am will receive our Early Registration Rate of $105 (including GST), so make sure you register quickly! Registrations made after that time will be $125 (including GST), with all registrations closing on 17th March at 9am.
Selection from the skill days will take place for the FDP Academy program which runs from April - August which involves 20 x 1 hr weekly sessions and 2 x 1 day camps from these athletes are selected to attend CMC Challenge/Gold nugget camp where Albury Cup and Southern Cross selections are made
