The 3XTour is back for junior in 2026 and Basketball Victoria continues to tear down the barriers to 3x3! Importantly, the Junior 3XTour is now built to closely align with FIBA’s own elite level circuit – the FIBA 3x3 World Tour.

Forget the restrictions—this is 3x3 in its purest form. Whether you want to play with your school mates, your association teammates, or just a group of friends from across the state, the choice is yours. Pick your squad, enter your team and get your uniforms sorted – the 3XTour is for those interested in pursuing the 3x3 pathway.

What is the 2026 3XTour & how will it work?

The 3XTour is Victoria’s premier junior 3x3 circuit. Built on the FIBA3x3 Pro Tour Circuit model, it is a multi-event competition where teams compete across various "stops" to qualify for the prestigious Tour Final.

Total Freedom: Anyone within the age group is invited to register a team. Note that each player must hold a BV registration/license via PlayHQ.

Point Accumulation: Earn individual FIBA ranking points at every stop and build your Team Tour Ranking to climb the ladder.

Tiered Competition: Each age group now features Division 1 and Division 2 to ensure competitive games for all skill levels.

Flexible Commitment: No weekly training or season-long matches. Pick the stops that suit your schedule. You can do all 5 or just 2 – the choice is yours!

Participant Checklist

How to Get Involved:

Form Your Squad: Maximum of 6 players per team - 4 main, 2 reserves/standby (players on standby that can step into one of the tour stops in the event of injury or unavailability - reserve players can play a maximum of 2 tour stops).

Assign a Manager: Every team needs one point of contact for registrations and FIBA updates.

Pick Your Stops: Each age group has 5 stops available across the season.

Register: Registration for each stop closes 7 days prior to the event. Late entries could be accepted if room available.

Registration Information & Process

Individual Team Registrations Now Open!

We are excited to open registrations for the 2026 3XTour for individual teams to register into the tour competition and into individual tour stops.

Team & Roster Requirements:

• Age Groups for 2026:
  • U13: Born 2014, 2015 & 2016
  • U15: Born 2012 & 2013
  • U17: Born 2010 & 2011
• Roster Size: Minimum of 4 players and maximum of 6 players per team (4 main players, 2 reserve players).
• Reserve Players: Players on standby who can step into one of the tour stops in the event of injury or unavailability. Reserve players can play a maximum of 2 tour stops.
• Team Manager: Each team requires a designated team manager who is responsible for registration, communication, and administration.

Enter the tour and complete the payment (Team Entry)

Teams will need to pay the $100 Team entry fee to enter the overall tour circuit. To complete your initial Individual Team registration, please fill out the registration form via Cognito and complete the payment: 2026 3XTour - Individual Team Registrations & Payment

Tour Stop Registration

Once your team is entered into the tour, you must register for the specific stops you wish to play in. To register into a Tour Stop, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to: fiba3x3.com/events
2. Search for ‘Venue – 3XTour’ based on the venues listed on the 3XTour Calendar (e.g., Altona – 3XTour).
3. Select the date you would like to attend.
4. Click ‘Register Team’ and select which category (age group) you would like to enter.
5. Complete the Team Details to confirm your registration on the FIBA platform.

Complete tour stop payment

Teams will need to pay the $100 Tour entry fee to enter individual Tour stops.

Once you have successfully registered your team into all of your chosen tour stops on FIBA 3x3, please use the link below to complete the payment for all of those tour stops via Cognito: 2026 3XTour - Tour Stop Payment Form
