Administration

Administration is a large and important area within sporting associations.  Basketball Victoria is available to work with associations to help them develop in all different areas.  We all know how hard it is to keep them going.  Volunteer Management is a huge part of it, and it's important that associations sustain these volunteers.  There are many different websites that will assist you in making your association successful.  There are also checklists which are also a good guide to make sure that your association and the player's, officials and spectators that are part of it, are in a safe environment.
